About This Opportunity
This is not a traditional driver or warehouse position.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn how an entire branch operates and become an important part of our long-term growth.
You will begin by supporting warehouse operations, deliveries, customer service, inventory, and sales support while learning our products, systems, customers, and business.
As you demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and performance, you will have opportunities to assume greater responsibilities and continue growing within ABC Lumber.

What You'll DoBranch Operations
- Support the daily operation of our Port St. Lucie branch.
- Prepare customer orders accurately.
- Organize warehouse inventory.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Assist receiving incoming shipments.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with general branch operations as needed.
Deliveries & Logistics
- Safely operate company vehicles.
- Deliver materials to customers throughout the assigned territory.
- Pick up materials from other ABC Lumber locations and suppliers.
- Verify materials before loading.
- Protect products during transportation.
- Obtain delivery documentation and signatures.
- Maintain company vehicles.
- Communicate delays or issues immediately.
- Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS.
Customer Service
- Represent ABC Lumber professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Listen carefully to customer needs.
- Communicate customer requests to the sales team.
- Help create an outstanding customer experience.
Sales Development
As you grow within the company, you'll also learn to:
- Understand our products and applications.
- Contact existing and prospective customers.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Support our sales team.
- Help grow the Port St. Lucie branch.
- Build long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Valid Florida Driver License.
- Driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Ability to lift, move, load, and unload building materials safely.
- Ability to work in an active warehouse environment.
- Ability to work outdoors during deliveries.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn forklift operation (or previous forklift experience).
Preferred Experience
Experience is helpful but not required in:
- Warehouse operations.
- Delivery driving.
- Forklift operation.
- Distribution.
- Inventory.
- Logistics.

Overtime may be available depending on operational needs.
