We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Lead to join our rapidly expanding burn-off oven manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas. This role requires a candidate who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, capable of both written and verbal communication. You will be expected to maintain a productive, active presence on the floor throughout your shift, which runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics, including the documentation of internal processes, and must maintain a professional, smoke-free work environment. Applicants are required to have a valid driver license and a clean background check.
