The Nurse Manager for Unit 3200 – Telemetry I is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of clinical and operational activities within the department. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care while promoting quality outcomes, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility. The Nurse Manager serves as a clinical and administrative leader, supporting staff development and maintaining a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements:

Education/ Licensure/ Certification Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Manager) in the specialty telemetry area preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively manage staff, workflow, and patient care operations in a fast-paced environment.
