Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with LAZ Parking, is seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and dependable Valet Cashier and Keybox Attendant Supervisor to support valet parking operations at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily activities of Valet Cashiers and Keybox Attendants while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with all airport, LAZ Parking, and company standards.
The Valet Cashier and Keybox Attendant Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for frontline team members during assigned shifts and is responsible for ensuring that all valet operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and professionally. This position provides day-to-day leadership by assigning work, monitoring employee performance, answering operational questions, and assisting with resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. The Supervisor works closely with airport management and LAZ Parking leadership to maintain a seamless parking experience for customers.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing cashier operations, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures, monitoring point-of-sale transactions, balancing cashier reports, and maintaining accountability for all financial transactions. The Supervisor is also responsible for managing keybox operations by ensuring vehicle keys are properly secured, organized, documented, and distributed according to company procedures. Regular audits of key inventory and cashier transactions are conducted to maintain accuracy and accountability.
The Valet Cashier and Keybox Attendant Supervisor will assist with employee scheduling, shift assignments, attendance monitoring, coaching, and training of new and existing team members. The role includes ensuring adequate staffing levels throughout each shift, assisting with break coverage as needed, and providing operational support during periods of high customer volume. The Supervisor will monitor service levels to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance while maintaining efficient vehicle retrieval and parking operations.
Additional responsibilities include preparing daily reports, maintaining operational logs, responding to customer inquiries and service recovery situations, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications and company operating systems to complete administrative tasks. The Supervisor is expected to communicate effectively with airport personnel, LAZ Parking management, and Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group leadership regarding operational issues, staffing needs, safety concerns, and service improvements.
Safety is a primary responsibility of this position. The Supervisor must ensure employees consistently follow all airport regulations, company policies, OSHA requirements, and LAZ Parking safety procedures. The position requires conducting routine observations of employee performance, reinforcing safe work practices, reporting incidents, and assisting with investigations when necessary.
Qualified candidates must possess previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably within valet parking, parking operations, hospitality, transportation, or customer service environments. Candidates should have excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, basic computer systems, and cash-handling procedures is required.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and be able to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, if required. Candidates must also successfully pass all required background checks, drug screenings, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and airport security requirements necessary to obtain and maintain an airport-issued security badge.
This is a full-time, on-site position at Nashville International Airport. Comprehensive training will be provided on LAZ Parking operating procedures, airport regulations, customer service standards, cashier systems, and key management processes. Uniforms and all required equipment will be provided.
Because Nashville International Airport operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended shifts as operational needs require. Reliable attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence are essential requirements of this position
