**2ND SHIFT POSITION - MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT**
JOB DUTIES:
- Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Fabricate and assemble parts as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with machines
- Experience with quality control procedures and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
