What You'll Do
As our New Patient Coordinator, you'll guide patients through their very first visit and help make their experience unforgettable.
Responsibilities include:
✨ Welcome new patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm
✨ Schedule consultations and coordinate new patient appointments
✨ Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
✨ Guide patients through the consultation process and explain treatment options
✨ Assist with financial discussions and help patients get started with treatment
✨ Take diagnostic records including digital photos, intraoral scans, and x-rays (training provided)
✨ Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with pending treatment
✨ Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience
✨Collect and verify new patient insurances
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing
- Excellent communicator in person and over the phone
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions
- Quick learner who enjoys working as part of a team
- Experience in dental, orthodontic, medical, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
