The Heavy Equipment Operator I performs general maintenance and repair work within County right-of-ways, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and surrounding areas. This position operates a variety of heavy and light equipment, supports infrastructure maintenance, and assists with emergency response efforts as needed. Reports to the Assistant Public Works Director.
