Overview
We are looking for a hands-on CO₂ Laser/Router Technician to join our growing service team. If you enjoy working on advanced equipment, solving technical challenges, and being in the field with customers—this role is for you.
Experience with CO₂ laser and router systems is highly preferred.
Duties
- Install, service, and maintain CO₂ laser systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and laser-related issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Support pre-installation planning and customer readiness
- Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance
- Document service work, travel, and expenses accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and parts support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in field service or industrial equipment
- Hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately
- Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication in English to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Willingness to travel (approx. 3 weeks/month)
- Valid driver’s license & passport

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
