A growing outpatient surgery center in the Westfield/Carmel area is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech) to join its surgical services team.

Compensation
- Estimated pay range: $25–30/hour
- Pay may be higher based on experience and specialty background
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile field for procedures
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs
- Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards
- Ensure proper instrument and equipment handling
- Collaborate with RN circulators and surgical staff
- Assist with room turnover and inventory management
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Previous surgical tech experience required
- Orthopedic or ASC experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of sterile processing and surgical procedures
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
