We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate service calls, manage technician schedules, and ensure timely dispatching of HVAC service and maintenance requests. Your proactive communication skills and technical knowledge will help us deliver exceptional service while optimizing our operations. Duties
- Receive incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, email, and digital platforms, ensuring accurate data entry into dispatching software.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently using transportation management systems, GPS, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other routing tools.
- Monitor ongoing service jobs, update job statuses, and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams to coordinate appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, service histories, and equipment details using FieldEdge.
- Assist with shipping & receiving coordination for parts or equipment deliveries related to HVAC services. Skills
- Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS), GPS technology, GIS mapping, and logistics principles.
- Proficient in data entry, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and FieldEdge.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and analysis skills to troubleshoot scheduling issues effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with 3PL (Third-party Logistics) providers and supply chain operations related to HVAC services. Pay: $41,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
