DMV Epoxy Pro is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality garage, basement, and commercial epoxy flooring systems throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Experience is preferred but not required – we provide training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, patching, and repairs to ensure proper coating adhesion
- Mask and protect surrounding surfaces
- Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane coating systems
- Install decorative flake and metallic epoxy flooring systems
- Apply primers, base coats, broadcast media, and top coats
- Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and other construction equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Construction or epoxy flooring experience preferred, but training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites throughout the DMV area
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor, including kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
