The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting critical accounting operations, including:

Manage and execute daily invoicing activities

Review invoicing procedures and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy

Perform daily cash account reconciliations

Complete monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts using Excel

Extract, organize, and analyze financial data from ERP and banking platforms

Prepare reports and supporting schedules for accounting and financial reporting purposes

Serve as a backup resource for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

Assist with invoice entry, payment application processing, and related accounting activities

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve accounting processes

Previous experience using Sage 100 in an accounting environment

Proven experience with high-volume invoicing processes

Strong account reconciliation experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
