What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist at RyseUP Rehab, you will help patients move better, recover stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies
.You will evaluate, treat, progress, educate, and support patients through every stage of the rehab process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, movement limitations, and clinical findings.
- Guide patients through appropriate exercise progressions and hands-on care.
- Educate patients so they understand their plan, their progress, and how to improve long-term outcomes.
- Build trust through strong communication and exceptional patient experiences.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve patient outcomes and clinic standards.
