As a Production Assembler at Lantech, you are a vital part of the team responsible for building our advanced stretch-wrapping machinery. Your craftsmanship directly supports the supply chain—helping customers safely and efficiently deliver essential products across the country and around the globe.
As a Production Assembler, you’ll combine precision, teamwork, and technical skill to bring Lantech machines to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Build the foundation of Lantech stretch-wrapping machines
Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components using hand and power tools
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams
Follow standardized work procedures to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Stand for approximately 9 hours per shift
Occasionally lift loads up to 50 lbs

You’re a great fit if you:
Can read and follow instructions in English (schematics, blueprints, and standard work)
Understand basic mathematical concepts
Have an aptitude for manufacturing and mechanical work
Practice safe work habits and follow PPE requirements
Are team-oriented with strong communication skills
Are detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions
Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand 9–10 hours per day
Are customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and production schedules
Maintain a strong attendance record
Are willing to work overtime as needed
Can pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic aptitude preferred
At least 1 year of mechanical/electrical/pneumatic assembly experience strongly preferred
Background in manufacturing, construction, or manual labor a plus
Experience using hand tools and power tools
High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational or trade training is a plus)
