Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPCC, Or CSW to join our team. The LCSW will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, particularly those struggling with Substance Use Disorders, facing various challenges. This position requires a professional who is skilled in patient assessment, clinical counseling, and crisis intervention, with a strong understanding of behavioral health practices, also a strong understanding of regulations and new policies. Background in Substance Use Disorder preferred.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide clinical counseling services to those struggling with (SUD), utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding for diagnosis and treatment documentation.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and clinical counseling methodologies.
- Experience working with SUD and understanding their unique emotional and psychological needs.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Familiarity with medicaid/private insurance coding systems and fee schedules for diagnosis documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards in all client interactions.
- Effective crisis intervention skills to manage acute situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $55,999.00 - $82,000.00 per year
