About the position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be solely responsible for managing commercial construction projects from cradle to grave. You should be fully capable to handle relationships with owners, engineers, and architects as well as the project team: Project Admins, Superintendents and other company staff. This is a a results-oriented role with the expectation that you can simultaneously manage multiple projects to schedule and within budget. Mentoring and managing team members is key in this role.
Qualifications
10+ years in commercial construction with experience being solely responsible for projects of $5M+ ($20M+ projects is ideal)
Experience managing staff
History of managing projects on time and under budget
BS in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Estimating or field experience is a plus
