Job Description
Mullica Gardens Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team for the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to residents, helping to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification or HHA certification in New Jersey required
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role

Schedule
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
