We are the only comprehensive private pay wellness company in Minnesota that offers a wide array of wellness, fitness, prevention, and rehabilitation services to clients in the metropolitan area.
Physical Therapy is an important part of our rehabilitation, wellness, and fitness approach to servicing our clients. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist who is comfortable working in our practice modal and can assist our clients in treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.

- Qualifications and Skills:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Current physical therapy license in Minnesota
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- A member of the American Physical Therapy Association
- Home Care Experience preferred but not required
- CPR Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
