- Install and fabricate milking systems and related components
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate directly with customers and provide professional service
- Work independently and as part of a close knit team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid work ethic
- Ability to stay focused and adaptable in fast paced situations
- Willingness to learn (dairy or ag experience appreciated, not required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to participate in a rotating on call schedule for occasional after hours or weekend service
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- $20–$45 per hour (DOE)
