Duties and responsibilities
This is a list of the primary job responsibilities, but you are also expected to help in other areas as needed to ensure the success of the Belmont Team as a whole.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Production Team to improve the quality of our products.
- Assess and validate new products and processes to ensure that they meet Belmont standards.
- Improve the quality control processes from the receiving of materials to the manufacturing and shipping of completed trailers.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on all trailers that are shipped directly to the end user.
- Assist with research and development as well as validation testing of new products.
- Responsible for all warranty and tech support needs from our dealers and trailer owners.
- Schedule warranty repairs done in-house with the Production Team.
- Maintain records of all our warranty-related costs and metrics.
- Engage with our customers and dealers to find ways of improving our product design to minimize warranty claims.

Compensation
- $70,000 to $90,000 annual base salary depending on experience
