MIK-BEN Helping Hands LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing services to patients in Baytown and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Monitor and document patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Coordinate care with RN, physicians, and therapy team
- Educate patients and families on disease management
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Active Texas LVN license (in good standing)
- Home Health experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
