Working Hours: 0400 AM-1230PM M-F
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TIRE CHANGING
- Assist the Lead Technician in carrying out large-scale projects related to fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks daily to ensure the optimal performance of our fleet vehicles.
- Conduct tire changes and maintenance as needed to keep our vehicles safe and operational.
- Small Engine experience helpful
- Collaborate with the lead technician to diagnose mechanical and technical issues in vehicles and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on each vehicle.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and discuss any challenges.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance, including tire changes and preventive maintenance.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and mechanics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Maintain clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
