Compensation
- $1,300–$1,600/week (includes base pay + tips + performance bonuses)

What You’ll Do
- Provide professional grooming services for dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Treat every pet with patience, compassion, and care, including nervous or older pets
- Build relationships with local pet owners and deliver a consistent “Lucky Dog” experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Identify and communicate any pet health or skin concerns
- Represent the Lucky Dog brand with professionalism and pride across the DMV region
What You Bring
Required:
- Demonstrated passion for animals
- 3+ years of grooming experience
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Great communication and a positive attitude
Preferred:
- NDGAA or similar grooming certification
- Experience with mobile grooming or salon environments
- Customer service background
