The Manager, Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion within assigned markets. Sales Leadership & Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
- Establish clear KPIs, quotas, and accountability standards.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions.
- Provide hands-on support for complex deal strategy and negotiations.
- Monitor team performance against revenue, margin, and activity metrics.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Identify high-value verticals and market opportunities.
- Support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering and Construction to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing on enterprise demand generation initiatives.
- Align with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
- Escalate operational issues impacting enterprise clients.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Maintain executive-level relationships within key accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements.
