Survey Department Manager

We are hiring a full-time Missouri Licensed Surveyor to be our Survey Department Manager, offering competitive pay + $5,000 Hiring Bonus (direct hire).
- Overseeing our licensed surveyors and survey drafters in the office and the survey field personnel.
- Scheduling the survey field personnel.
- Bidding and job acquisition for survey projects.
- Communication directly with clients and contractors.
- Missouri Professional Land Surveyor License: You must hold a valid PLS license in the state of Missouri. (Illinois license is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil3D, Trimble Products or other Survey Software, Microsoft Office, etc.) and familiarity with many types of surveying (Boundary, ALTA/NSPS Land Title, Topographic, As-Built Surveys, Construction Staking, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are paramount.
- Strong Communication: Effective communication with clients and team members. Ability to coordinate survey field personnel.
