Overview
TopGrass LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn / Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of how to operate Zero Turn Mowers, String Trimmers, and blowers. Being a team player and having the ability to get along with other crew members is a must. This is a relaxed work environment, but must remain professional at all times.
** Reliable transportation to Youngsville is required. **
Commercial lawn care experience is required (Actual experience - we will be able to determine experience level on day one).
Valid ID required. Typical working days during peak season range from 5:30AM - 3 PM. Shop located in Youngsville. Year round employment for dedicated team members. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy and attractive turf.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrub trimming, and garden bed upkeep.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
- Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
