Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled bartender with manager experience to help manage our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, bartending, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
-Monitor, count and report inventory
-Interact with staff in a professional and responsible manner
-Possibility to handle scheduling and staffing of front of house staff
-Make sure that the staff follows restaurant policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending and management required
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities even in stressful circumstances
- Familiarity with restaurant and banquet operations
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for handling transactions efficiently
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
