MD, DO, NP, or PA from an accredited institution

Active California license and DEA certification

Board Certified/Board Eligible in a primary care specialty

Minimum 3 years of primary care experience (community health preferred)

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor peers, and resolve conflicts constructively.

Familiarity with FQHC operations, managed care principles, and quality improvement methods preferred.

Current BLS certification.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care principles.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor peers, and resolve conflicts constructively.

Knowledge of managed care, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings. Experience with HRSA, FTCA, CMS, CDPH, DHCS, the Joint Commission desired.

Experience with EHR systems (EPIC preferred).

Current BLS certification.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Must be able to navigate electronic medical records and other related IT systems efficiently with training
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Fulfill immunization and fit for duty regulatory requirements.

Expect prolonged standing, walking, and prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with keyboard and mouse.
