Job Summary
Custom Concrete Finishes is seeking experienced and non-experienced people to join our team. We are looking for hard-working installers that have a good attitude and can work as a team member with our current crews. Generally, new installers will work and train to learn the craft and techniques related to decorative concrete coatings, epoxy resin coatings, stained concrete, and stamped concrete overlays. Depending on experience and skill, we expect the installers to transition into being Lead Installer, which will lead to higher compensation levels and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Requires physical work including working on hands/knees and pushing or pulling objects and lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work long hours and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
- Operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures.
- Installation of water and solvent-based materials such as epoxies, crack repair/fillers, overlays, sealers, and stains.
- Cleans and store all equipment and tooling upon completion of jobs.
- Ability to learn and to understand and follow directions and work as a team for the good of the project.
- Attend seminars and training conferences as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
