- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We are seeking a skilled Acute Care Physical Therapist to provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients across a variety of acute care settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with medically complex patients and developing individualized treatment plans to maximize functional mobility and independence.
- Active California Physical Therapist License
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Physical Therapy experience
- BLS Certification
- First-time travelers accepted
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Establish measurable goals and monitor patient progress
- Perform reassessments and modify treatment plans as needed
- Provide patient and family education regarding rehabilitation and home exercise programs
- Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
