Small Private Christian School is looking to hire PreSchool / Toddler - 3rd Grade Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Classroom Aides of strong Christian faith, with a passion to educate advanced and bright young children. Within a multi-cultural environment built on love, faith, high degree of structure, discipline, and strong encouragement.
Must have a high energy level with strong organizational and classroom management skills. Service-oriented with a strong work ethic, integrity, kindness, with firmness and professionalism.
Teach bible stories, memory verses, prayer, and genuinely care for the well-being of each childs spiritual development. Must believe strongly in a high quality education and be a hard worker.
Teachers at our private school Do Not need to prepare Lesson Plans, since they are already prepared for you. However, you must be able to:
- Follow the Directions as Outlined in Our Curriculum.
- Work with Groups of Children and Individual Students.
- Be Organized, Maintain an Attractive Clean Classroom.
- Be Professional in Communication and Appearance.
- Must be Very Reliable and Function well as a Team Member.
- Possess Strong Values, Be supportive, Collaborate, and be an Encouragement to Children and Parents alike.
- Be a Person of Honesty, Responsibility, Respect, Have Faith in the Ability of Children to Excel Beyond the Norm.

Comfortable working in a God-conscious environment with a biblical worldview.
Must possess a kind yet firm and caring attitude with patience, excellent communication skills and willingness to do what is necessary to help the children be their best person.
One must be a quick learner, multi-tasker, helpful and able to lift 50 pounds, get up and down from the floor, be clean, organized and love children.
In addition to being a Team Player, one must provide and fulfill all duties to ensure a positive faith-filled learning environment, helping to cause the classroom to run smoothly.
Toddler Teacher, Preschool Teacher: CDA or TECE 1 and TECE 2 / Will consider those willing to obtain certification.
K-2nd Grade Teacher: Intelligent High School Grad., A.S. Degree, B.A./B.S/M.A Degree.
