Matern Staffing is hiring a Warehouse & Event Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse functions for a fast-paced event rental company. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that combines warehouse management, inventory control, deliveries, and on-site event support. In this leadership position, you will ensure equipment is organized, maintained, and accurately prepared while also participating directly in deliveries, event setup, and breakdown. You’ll be a key player in ensuring every event is executed smoothly from warehouse to site and back.
Salary: $52,000

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, organization, and equipment tracking
- Supervise and participate in deliveries and pickups to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with on-site event setup, tent installation, staging, and breakdown/tear-down
- Ensure all equipment is properly handled, maintained, and accounted for at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and work environment
- Work alongside the team to meet daily production and event deadlines
- Provide leadership and direction to warehouse and event crew as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy equipment (physically demanding role)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or leadership experience preferred
- Drug-free workplace requirement
