Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to client's in-home environments. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients while assisting with daily activities, companionship and personal needs.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help with mobility by assisting patients in moving to and from beds, chairs, and other locations.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in client's homes by adhering to hygiene protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in long-term care, nursing homes, or home community care is preferred.
- Hoyer Lift experience is a must.
- Experience with technology like WellSky or other apps to login and out.
- A compassionate approach to senior care and a commitment to enhancing patient quality of life are key attributes for success in this role.
