Available Shifts
Ongoing Opportunities Available:
- Sunday – Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Friday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
As a PCA, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities while promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care
- Providing emotional and behavioral support
- Assisting with community outings and recreational activities
- Encouraging independence and life skill development
- Maintaining daily documentation and service notes
- Creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals in your care
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience may include:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) work
- Residential or group home experience
- Day habilitation experience
- Family caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license may be required for some assignments
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude
