Floor Closer / Sales Manager

Pay: $6,000-$8,000 per month
Schedule: Full-time | Closed Sundays
Florence Toyota is looking for a Floor Closer to join our sales management team. We are part of a strong 51-store automotive group with the traffic, inventory, and support needed for the right person to succeed.
This position is for a proven automotive professional who knows how to lead from the floor, close deals, support salespeople, and help drive daily results.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help create a strong first impression.
- Take TOs and assist salespeople in moving deals forward.
- Close deals and help maximize gross profit.
- Handle internal deal paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with lot maintenance and vehicle presentation.
- Train, coach, and support salespeople.
- Assist the GSM as needed with daily sales operations.
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy showroom environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience required.
- Previous closing, desk, finance, or sales management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and paperwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
