Job Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Experience setting up and adjusting welding machines based on job specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precision
- Ability to inspect completed welds for accuracy and structural integrity
- Experience grinding, cutting, and cleaning metal to prepare materials for welding
- Ability to maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
