Bridgeway Academy and Therapy Center is a Columbus,
Ohio based nonprofit organization We offer an integrated approach to meet each
child’s needs. This collaborative effort combines professionals in the fields
of music therapy, speech therapy, physical and occupational therapies,
behavioral and educational services to include home based services mainly
serving students with autism.
Bridgeway Academy and Therapy Center is seeking an Administrative
Assistant-Receptionist who will greet and direct visitors at our location 1350
Alum Creek Dr. Columbus, OH 43209. The successful candidate will have a
professional yet friendly disposition to include answering the phone in a
pleasant and respectful manner. There are 2 shifts available 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
and 9:30 AM-6:00 PM. Hours may be flexible and part time options may be
available.
Duties will include:

Answering basic questions about Bridgeway Academy and Therapy Center and
re-directing callers or visitors to respective departments. -
Use an internal communication system to call for students who are late
arriving/early release. -
Calling families or transportation service when late for pick up.

Support Business Office staff with administrative tasks such as purchasing, distributing
packages, scanning receipts, data entry, distribution of mail. -
Make client confirmation/cancellation calls and provide new client paperwork in
person or via email. -
Ensure the reception area is tidy.

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a high
school diploma or GED with prior experience working as a Receptionist in a
medical office or childcare environment preferred.
