Job description:
We’re seeking a highly capable, organized Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy medical teaching clinic in Asheville. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for patients. The position is full-time, 40-hours, Monday–Friday and requires a consistent in-office presence – reduced-hour and remote options are not available.
In this role, you’ll keep the clinic running efficiently by managing front desk workflow, coordinating scheduling, and serving as a primary point of contact. You’ll handle a range of administrative and operational responsibilities, while also thinking critically, troubleshooting issues as they arise. You’ll play an important part in ensuring professionalism, adherence to established policies and procedures, and clear communication.
We’re looking for someone with prior experience in a medical office or multi-faceted front desk setting who brings strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with computers and digital systems. Experience with QuickBooks Online and online scheduling platforms is a plus.

Schedule: 8 hours/day, between 7:30am and 6:30pm. Three opening shifts, two closing shifts.
