About the Role
As a Field Electronics Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the seamless operation of interactive entertainment and financial transaction systems across the region. You will serve as a vital technical troubleshooter, utilizing your mechanical and electrical expertise to minimize downtime and enhance the user experience for our clients.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation, configuration, and calibration of diverse ATM and gaming hardware to ensure peak performance.

Perform complex diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions.

Drive equipment reliability by conducting proactive preventative maintenance and system health checks.

Optimize machine functionality by replacing critical components such as bill validators, card readers, and display interfaces.

Manage firmware and software updates to maintain system security and operational efficiency.

Deliver exceptional on-site support, fostering positive relationships with business owners and site managers.

Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams effectively.

Demonstrated capacity for independent problem-solving and self-directed task management.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and navigate various work environments including kneeling and climbing.

Prior professional experience servicing kiosks, vending machines, arcade systems, or ATM hardware.
