Fleet Estimator Trainee / Fleet Operations Coordinator

Join an Established Commercial Fleet Collision Repair Team
We are a commercial fleet repair facility specializing in collision repair and restoration of:
- Commercial vans
- Shuttle and transit buses
- Medium and heavy-duty trucks
- Utility body trucks
- Municipal and fleet vehicles
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who wants to build a career in the commercial vehicle repair industry. This position offers hands-on training in fleet estimating, parts procurement, repair coordination, and fleet operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing collision and repair estimates for commercial fleet vehicles
- Research, source, and order parts from vendors and suppliers
- Work closely with technicians, staff, and vendors
- Track repair progress and maintain accurate job documentation
- Help coordinate repairs for customer fleets
- Review repair orders and verify parts requirements
- Assist with vehicle inspections before and after repairs
- Coordinate vehicle detailing and delivery preparation
- Monitor parts status and manage vendor communications
- Support day-to-day fleet repair operations
- Maintain a clean shop / assist in vehicle preparation for delivery(all hands on deck)
Qualifications
Preferred
- Experience in collision repair, fleet maintenance, automotive repair, or parts operations
- Service advisor or estimator experience
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, or utility equipment
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
