Job Summary:
Lolli's On 3rd is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Bouncer to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate is alert, calm under pressure, and experienced in handling high-energy nightlife environments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor guests entering and exiting the establishment
- Verify IDs and ensure compliance with age requirements
- Maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable atmosphere
- De-escalate conflicts professionally and intervene when necessary.
- Enforce house rules and company policies
- Patron the property and monitor for suspicious activity
- Respond quickly to emergencies annd coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed
- Remove disruptive or intoxicated patrons safely and professionally when necessary
- Complete incident reports and communicate issues with management
- Assis staff and guests as needed while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, or bar/nightclub security experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
