Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet clients' needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to client preferences and providing professional recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, tools, and equipment.
- Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license is required.
- Must have experience with hair coloring, hair cutting, and barbering is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of hair products to assist in product sales effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
