Craftsman — Jewelry & Home Décor
Fierce Forward · Full-Time · On-Site · $20–$30+/hr equivalent (piece rate)
Earning potential: Most craftsmen earn $20–mid $20s/hr equivalent. Faster, highly accurate craftsmen reach the low $30s. Your skill drives your income.
At Fierce Forward, every piece that leaves our studio carries intention. The jewelry our customers wear on hard days, the décor that grounds them in their homes all starts with hands like yours. This is a role for someone who finds real satisfaction in mastering a craft and takes quiet pride in making something beautiful, consistently and well.
No prior jewelry-making experience is required. We train the right person.
Please note: This role requires signing a non-compete agreement as a condition of employment. We invest significantly in training every craftsman we bring on. If you are currently making or selling jewelry, plan to in the future, or are primarily interested in learning the craft for personal use or resale, this role is not the right fit.
