What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with policy questions, coverage information, billing inquiries, and account updates
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Support insurance agents with administrative and client service tasks
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better serve client needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to a positive customer experience that builds long-term loyalty
What We're Looking For:

Compensation:
$35,000 - $65,000+ annually
