Duties
- Assist in asphalt surface preparation by cleaning, sweeping, and applying crack sealant materials to prevent further deterioration
- Maintain safety standards by following all site protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to project specifications and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in asphalt maintenance is highly preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with paving procedures and crack sealing techniques will be advantageous
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and site protocols is essential
- Previous roles involving construction or road maintenance will help you excel in this position
