Job Title: Entry Level Biomedical Engineering Intern
Job Description
This entry-level Engineering Administrator role offers a valuable opportunity for a recent biomedical engineering student or current engineering student to gain hands-on experience in data entry, documentation management, quotation preparation, order processing, and customer service within the medical equipment field. You will support day-to-day operations by managing accurate records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment, building a strong foundation for your long-term engineering career.
Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer quotations for medical equipment, repairs, maintenance services, and rentals.

Enter and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems.

Review purchase orders and verify pricing, product information, and customer requirements for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment, customer, vendor, and service records.

Coordinate with sales representatives, service technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Support data entry and documentation management activities to keep records organized and easily accessible.

Assist with customer service by responding to inquiries and providing status updates on quotes, orders, and services.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, documentation, and customer requirements.
Essential Skills

Degree in biomedical engineering or a related engineering discipline

Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.

Strong attention to detail when reviewing purchase orders, pricing, and product information.

Organizational skills to maintain accurate equipment, customer, vendor, and service records.

Ability to coordinate effectively with sales representatives, service technicians, and vendors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
