We are currently seeking professional licensed massage therapists of all levels of experience to join our team. Collage Spa is an independently owned boutique spa with locations in downtown Fredericksburg, Spotyslvania and Culpeper.
Collage Spa offers competitive compensation. Our therapists are W2 employees, not independent contractors. Commission rates are based on experience (hourly equivalent of $30-$50). Therapists receive tips (15%-25%) plus 10% retail commission. Annual salaries range from $25,000-$60,000.

Experience with advanced therapies is a plus, including Prenatal, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular, Rolfing, Myofascial, and Thai Yoga.
