EDS Service Solutions is currently hiring a Instant Return (IR) Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. No automotive experience required — we provide the training!
Duties And Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.
- Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature
- Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary
- Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested
- Secure all vehicle keys
- May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle
- May be required to move vehicles
- May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a driver license
- Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years

- Pay: $17.00/hour — paid weekly
