Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in beauty treatments, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications and removals while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Provide excellent guest services by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions and recommend suitable products.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting beauty products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from front desk operations to service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, beauty treatments, and industry best practices.
- Support additional services such as body waxing or nail care as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in a med spa environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Certification or training in is required; additional certifications in related fields (e.g., body waxing, nail care) are beneficial.
- At least 1 year of experience in eyelash extensions
- Need to be able to work Fridays and Saturdays

Pay: $12.00 - $29.37 per hour
