We’re a high‑energy sports and wellness clinic in Dallas looking for a front desk rockstar who can handle fast pace, real people, and lots of moving parts.
If you like busy days, talking to people, and keeping things organized so the whole place runs smoothly, this might be for you.
What you’ll do:
Be the first and last impression for every patient
Greet patients, check them in/out, keep the lobby flowing
Answer a high volume of phone calls and messages
Schedule and reschedule appointments without dropping balls
Collect payments and handle basic billing questions
Manage intake forms and make sure charts are complete
Coordinate with doctors and rehab staff to keep the day on track
Help with simple office tasks (printing, scanning, supplies, etc.)
Protect clinic vibes: friendly, calm, professional, low drama
What this job is really like:
Fast‑paced: phones, people at the desk, questions from staff – often all at once
Emotionally charged at times: people in pain, late, stressed, etc.
You’re on your feet, on your toes, and “on” for most of the day
Some days you’ll go home tired but feeling like you actually helped people
If you want a quiet job where you mostly sit and scroll, this is not it.
What we’re looking for:
Warm, genuinely friendly personality
Strong communicator – on the phone and in person
Organized and detail‑oriented (you notice mistakes and fix them)
Comfortable with computers, email, and learning new software
Can stay polite and steady when people are late, rude, or stressed
Reliable and on time – patients and doctors are counting on you
Previous front desk, customer service, or medical office experience is a plus, but not required if you’re the right person
Schedule:
Full‑time position
Weekdays only (no late nights, very occasional weekend event if needed)
Exact hours discussed in interview, but this is a consistent, in‑person role
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Clinic perks (care discounts, etc.)
Room to grow as you prove yourself
